Shipping & Returns


Orders are normally shipped by courier agreement. Delivery is usually made within 24-48 hours (working) from the expedition.



Price of transport
Is calculated according to weight and volume of goods purchased. To know the amount of travel expenses, simply select the desired products, add them to the cart and run the first phase of the order (selection of the method of delivery). The shipping cost will be displayed next to the selected mode. For this function you need to register.
Orders received and confirmed by 12.00 each working day (Monday to Friday '), can be shipped the same day.

Insurance:
Insurance is optional and is calculated on the total shipment. May be requested when ordering, inserting the request in the space reserved for comments, or by e-mail to be sent to sales@smartvoice.it
The amount of the insurance is 5% of the consignment with a minimum of Euro 6,50 + VAT.


RMA REQUEST

CONDITIONS FOR THE ISSUE OF THE RETURN (RMA)

1. Requiring sales@smartvoice.it the RMA request form
2. Send by fax: 0434/1851018 the completed form and copy of purchase invoice for the product.
3. Wait for the confirmation of acceptance of the return and its relative "RMA number" which should be clearly marked on the shipping document.
